We are looking for a

Senior Solution Sales Specialist

to play a pivotal role in scaling Lightstone Retail’s commercial success. This is a growth role, not an order‑taking sales position. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process: identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, influencing senior decision‑makers, and closing meaningful, high‑value deals. Your role will also involve nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will work closely with product, analytics, and leadership teams to translate market needs into compelling data‑led solutions. This role also offers significant earning opportunity with a commission plus base salary structure aswell as attractive career growth opportunities for the right individual as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities Driving New Business and Retaining Clients

Own and exceed individual revenue, margin, and cost targets in line with business objectives

Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new clients within the retail and consumer ecosystem

Develop trusted, long‑term relationships with existing clients, expanding accounts through insight‑led solution selling

Build and actively manage a robust sales pipeline, converting opportunities through disciplined funnel management

Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise lifetime client value

Delivering Exceptional Client Service

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and introductions for prospective clients.

Uphold a high standard of customer service, taking ownership and representation of the client’s experience.

Provide ongoing support for client‑specific solutions, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Actively participate in relevant training sessions and seminars to enhance your expertise within the service areas.

Represent Lightstone at client functions, fostering strong relationships and networking opportunities.

Becoming An Expert On Data Solutions And Process Execution

Become an expert in our wide range of products and services, enabling you to create compelling proposals that resonate with clients.

Tailor our solutions to address client priorities and specific needs, leveraging your deep understanding of our capabilities.

Utilize templates to efficiently handle contract negotiations.

Complete sales administration tasks and support other duties as assigned by the organization.

Requirements Qualifications&Experience

Appropriate tertiary education– degree‑educated

Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable transport

5+ years sales experience with a strong ability to determine what customers need.

Demonstrated track record on cultivating and developing leads and closing sales.

Demonstrable experience in problem‑solving and solutions selling is critical – simple and complex ways of solving a new problem.

Have experience and high level of maturity in dealing with people at different seniority levels.

Technical Skills

Full competence in Microsoft Office suite

Effective use of CRM

Basic knowledge of data analytics concepts is beneficial

Basic knowledge of location analytics concepts is beneficial

Experience in the retail industry
