Job Description This is a managerial role responsible to map, develop, drive automation initiatives across campaigns, including managing direct reports.

Technical Skills Required

Programming Languages

Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or VBScript (depending on the RPA platform).

Ability to integrate automation with APIs and databases.

RPA Tools

Hands-on experience with platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate.

Knowledge of workflow design, BOT orchestration, and exception handling.

Software Development Practices

Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).

Testing and debugging skills.

Process Mapping&Analysis

Ability to identify repetitive, rule-based tasks suitable for automation.

Strong documentation and workflow design skills.

Problem-Solving&Critical Thinking

Translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.

Database Knowledge: SQL for querying and managing data.

Cloud&Integration: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce).

Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management to align automation with business goals.

Qualifications

Occupational Certificate: RPA Developer (NQF Level 5)

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering is highly beneficial.

Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
