Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise plant operations with a strong focus on safety (SHE) and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure optimal production according to specifications, maintaining stable and safe operation.
• Complete and review production logs, shift handovers, and daily instructions.
• Monitor raw material intake and supervise operator training, rotation, and productivity.
• Ensure plant cleanliness, housekeeping, and minimize spills.
• Schedule operator tasks, manage timekeeping and overtime.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
• Conduct safety rounds and maintain clean, dry warehouse conditions.
• Communicate maintenance needs and prepare daily performance reports for the Plant Manager.
• Involve operators in plant operations and promote high working standards.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational commitment and responsiveness.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and discipline.
• Physical strength and stamina required.
