GM Sales Consultant, KZN Northern Region (Newcastle / Dundee / Vryheid / Ladysmith)

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets.

Build, grow and manage relationships with new and existing customers.

Strong communication and upselling skills through product and market knowledge.

Inventory and in-store brand display management.

Focused delivery on customer care and service levels.

Deliver on the Greenmouse key performance promise– quality, service and value.

Skill Set needs:

Computer and sales administrative skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Analysis and problem-solving skills.

Superior interpersonal skills.

Ability to take initiative and work independently.

5+ years of experience in sales with 1+ years in the industry.

Confident and charismatic approach to people.
