• Assisting Sales reps and their customers with orders and Quotations
• Communicating with customers – email's, telephonically etc
• Processing and following up on orders.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering questions and sending additional information per email
• Keeping up with the product and service information and updates
• Attending to and resolving queries
• Quoting on requested products
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets
• Answering incoming calls

• Attending Training on all product on a yearly basis.
