Human Resource Practitioner, Durban

Our client based in the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Human Resource Practitioner to provide human resources general administrative support, coordination and guidance to management in line with principles of human resource management.

Requirements:

• 3-year National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3 to 5 years' experience as a Human Resource Generalist, Practitioner or Administrator.
• Experience in Pastel/SAGE HR packages would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of HRM principles and legislations.

• HRM Principles and legislation (BCEA; LRA; EEA; PFMA; OHS)
• HR Administration
• Performance Management
• Policy Development and Review
• HR Risk Management
• Report writing
• Presentation and facilitation skills
• Networking and people management
• Computer literacy (MS Word).
