Production Supervisor, Durban

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS IN MANDENI 100 km north of Durban

This position supports the operations objectives of overseeing the processing of raw materials to finished goods

Lamination:

• Plan the day's production.
• Ensure all production plans are completed daily.
• Manage the team and ensure they understand what is required.
• Ensure good quality control is in place.
• Ensure stock take stats are accurate and manage the process.
• Ensure raw materials stock is on hand for production.
• Manage the departments scrap and block usage.
• Dealing with suppliers must be on business level only.
• Manage housekeeping on a daily basis.
• Ensure weekly time sheets are signed off.

Compression:

• Ensure daily planned production is met.
• Ensure quality control.
• Ensure raw materials stock is on hand for production.
• Manage the departments scrap and block usage.

New Product Development:

• Ensure all samples are all of best quality.
• Ensure correct raw material are used.

Qualifications:-

• Matric
• Pref, Cert/Diploma – Production Management

Experience:-

• Production/Manufacturing
• 2-5 years experience.
