They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.

 

  • Seeking applicants STRICTLY with Call Center experience.
  • Must be flexible to work in a shifted environment (campaign operates Mondays to Sundays also include night shifts)
  • MUST have completed Matric/Grade 12.
  • MUST have a clear Criminal Record.
  • MUST be CLEAR on ITC (Credit Standing).
  • MUST have reliable transport.
