Qualification
- Btech HR / Diploma / relevant qualification
Certificate
- IR / Conflict Management related
Advantage
- Other relevant courses – CCMA, first aid, safety.
- Working knowledge of an HRIS preferably SAGE People / VIP.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience as an IR / HR specialist within a mining environment.
- Proven track record with CCMA representation and other elements of Conflict Management.
- Previous experience in preparing and submission of Social Labour Plan (SLP) and Mining Charter (MC).
- End to end Payroll process experience.
