Qualification

• Btech HR / Diploma / relevant qualification

Certificate

• IR / Conflict Management related

Advantage

• Other relevant courses – CCMA, first aid, safety.
• Working knowledge of an HRIS preferably SAGE People / VIP.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years' experience as an IR / HR specialist within a mining environment.
• Proven track record with CCMA representation and other elements of Conflict Management.
• Previous experience in preparing and submission of Social Labour Plan (SLP) and Mining Charter (MC).
• End to end Payroll process experience.
