INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR, Durban

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL BE: (of course there will be others as the job, and you grow)

• Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
• Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email
• Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties
• Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customer's orders
• Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
• Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customer's requirements
• Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
• Preparing Price Increase Letters
• Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?

• Matric certificate with Mathematics. Diploma or Degree is advantageous
• 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
• Excellent Computer Skills – EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous)
