Do you have 1+ yrs exp as a Sous Chef? You have exp within the hospital industry! You have exp in assisting Exec Chef in preparing decadent foods, training, keeping your station clean! You are an expert in being a Sous Chef …! Then we want you in our Team

Must have:

• 1+ years’ experience in the industry
• Matric (preferably
• Tertiary qualification in Chef / Cook

Must be

• Able to cover all areas in the kitchen
• Take responsibility in absence of Head Chef
• Responsible, Self-Disciplined, Reliable & Hardworking
• Able to work shifts
