Sales Representative, Durban

Our Security system client is currently looking for an Sales Representative based in KZN.

About the Role: Seeking a driven and articulate sales representatives to join our team in KwaZulu Natal and Johannesburg regions. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the General Manager, must have a strong background in sales with a passion for exceeding targets and building long-lasting customer relationships within the Microdot Manufacturing Industry.

Areas to be covered:

• The whole of KZN

Remuneration: R13000 -R15000 CTC

Allowance: Fuel and cell phone. After probation: Provident fund and medical aid

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08h00-16h30

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Present, market, and sell products
• Cold calling
• Reach set sales goals
• Present and demonstrate products
• Keep up to date of trends in industry

Requirements:

• Matric/ Grade 12
• 5 years Technical sales experience – telecoms or Security Industry experience is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Own Vehicle
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Create and deliver presentations

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, market, and sell products and services to current and potential clients with persuasive reasoning.
• Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and consumer report.
• Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Reach predetermined sales goals and objectives on time.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Monitor sales and status updates, assess the potential of the market or region.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Supply management with reports.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in our industry.
• Continuously improve through feedback
