Duties & Responsibilities
The Care Worker will provide essential support to patients in need of daily assistance, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, feeding, and basic health monitoring, while working under the supervision of healthcare professionals and in line with facility policies.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must be in possession of a Home-Based Care Certificate or relevant training (non-negotiable)
Previous caregiving experience will be an advantage
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to work under supervision and follow care plans
Good communication and interpersonal skills
