Healthy Food Production Supervisor Region: Riyadh (Riyadh) HEALTHY FRESH FOOD COMPANY Role: Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production of salads, fresh-cut fruit and vegetable items, maintaining consistent quality, freshness and presentation. Assign tasks to production staff and guide them through efficient workflow to ensure timely completion of all products. Ensure every batch meets required weights, specifications and internal quality standards before it moves to dispatch. Enforce strict hygiene practices and keep the working area clean, organised and compliant at all times. Implement and uphold HACCP and ISO 22000 standards across all production activities, making sure staff follow procedures correctly. Coordinate closely with QC, dispatch, receiving and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly. Monitor and record wastage, working with the team to meet agreed wastage-reduction targets. Train new and existing staff on proper cutting techniques, food handling, hygiene and workflow efficiency. Identify issues early whether related to equipment, shortages, delays or quality and escalate them to the Production Manager. Support continuous improvement to make the line more efficient, safer and consistent day by day. Requirements Experience in food production, ideally within fresh-cut fruits, vegetables or ready-to-eat salads. Leadership ability with confidence to manage team dynamics and shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail with an understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance. Familiarity with HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements. Physically capable of working in a chilled environment. Reliable, organised and able to communicate clearly. Compensation and Benefits Monthly salary of 4,000 SAR inclusive of 300 SAR food allowance. Shared company accommodation. Company-provided WIFI.
