As we prepare for expansion in 2026, we are seeking an exceptional Salon Manager to step into a pivotal leadership role. Your mission will be to: Increase client retention and maximise revenue across our existing team. Develop, nurture, and elevate staff through performance coaching, reviews, and growth pathways. Strengthen our culture of excellence, teamwork and holistic wellness. Ensure operations, systems, and processes run with efficiency and consistency. Lead Privé Hair Organics as we begin planning our second location for 2026. This role is central to our next chapter — and you will have full support, investment and trust from the owners.
