Based in Tullamarine with Free Onsite Parking, you’ll join a diverse and innovative company that values its employees and promotes from within. What’s in it for you? Full-time, permanent role Start date: Wednesday 4th February (Please note this is a fixed starting date) Competitive salary to 64,000 + super, Increasing to 66,000 + Super after 6 months. Tullamarine location – Free Parking Onsite Monday–Friday, rotating roster (8:00AM – 6:30PM) – No Weekends! As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers, the majority of these customers will be representatives from small businesses, or some correspondence will be with the general public. You’ll engage with clients via phone, email, and web chat, handling order processing, product enquiries, and issue resolution. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively. About you? 1-2 years of call centre experience is desirable. Own transport required – Public transport options are limited Passionate about customer service and relationship building Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems Please note, to be considered this role you must have full working rights in Australia.  Candidates holding student visas or working holiday visas are unable to be considered.  Please note for this position you are required to complete a police check and attend a short medical prior to commencement (This will be paid for by the team).
