Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional, personalised styling and sales service to clients - Have a strong understanding of the menswear collection, including fabrics, cuts, and tailoring - Measure clients accurately and provide professional size and fitting advice - Communicate fitting and alteration requirements clearly with the tailoring team - Build long-term relationships with high-end clients through one-on-one service - Manage daily store presentation, stock management, and brand standards Requirements: - Female, well presented, with excellent communication skills - Genuine interest in high-end fashion, design, tailoring, and fabrics - Knowledge of menswear fabrics, cuts, and construction is an advantage - Experience in taking measurements or made-to-measure services is essential - Fluent in both English and Chinese - Experience in Australian boutique, designer, or premium retail preferred - Reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to grow long-term with the brand We Offer: - 60k+ base salary + Superannuation + generous sales commission - Professional product and brand training - Access to an established high-end client base - Work in a refined, design-focused retail environment
