About the role This role sits within the Mental Health Pathways Cluster and forms part of the newly funded Youth Outreach Recovery Service (YORS), delivering community-based, recovery-focused support to young people aged 16-25 across Western and parts of Northern Metro Melbourne. Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaches provide support through one-to-one and group activities and work in alignment with the cohealth Youth Residential Recovery (YRR) Program. The role is primarily based at Cheddar Road, Reservoir, with occasional work across other sites. Please refer to the Position Description for more information. Your duties include: Engage with young people and develop trusting and professional relationships?
