Secondary Learning Support Assistant x2 Waverley Christian College Narre Warren, Melbourne VIC Teaching Aides and Special Needs (Education and Training) Part time Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026. Our Narre Warren South campus is seeking two part time Secondary Learning Support Assistants to each work 4 days per week (8:45am-3:30pm during term time, FTE 0.658), who desires to play a vital role in the creation of an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.  Both roles are fixed term contracts, one until the end of April 2026 (with a potential for extension) and the other until the end of Term 4, 2026. You are an integral part of our school community and educational team, acting as a bridge between students and their teacher and help to foster connections between students and their peers.  By ensuring each student receives the support they need to actively participate in school and class, you'll have the rewarding experience of seeing them achieve milestones they might not have reached on their own. Successful candidates may be allocated to work with students in the mainstream and/or SPARC (Supported Program of Applied Readiness for Community) based on their suitability and expertise.
