Senior HR Business Partner Lloyd Connect Moonee Ponds, Melbourne VIC (Hybrid) Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Contract/Temp 4-month contract $60 to $75p/hr + super Hybrid - 3 days on?site / 2 WFH . Full?Time or Part?Time (0.8) hours. 4?month contract plus possible extension. Located in Moonee Ponds. Senior-level generalist role, provide strategic & operational HR consultancy & support. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide high?level strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. This senior generalist role partners closely with leaders to deliver expert HR advisory services, drive workforce initiatives, and support a positive, high?performing culture. Your key duties will be to; Coach and support leaders across aspects of employee management. Provide specialist advice on employee and industrial relations matters. Provide interpretation and guidance in relation to the  Enterprise Agreement. Deliver high?quality, tailored HR guidance across the employee lifecycle. You are an experienced HR Business Partner with strong ER/IR capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the confidence to influence and guide leaders. You thrive in a fast?paced environment and bring a balanced mix of strategic thinking and hands?on HR delivery. This is a 4?month contract with the potential for extension.
