Personal Care Worker - Home and Community Bolton Clarke Doncaster, Melbourne VIC Aged and Disability Support (Community Services and Development) Casual/Vacation 46 + 12 % Super We’re currently seeking dedicated and experienced casual Personal Care Workers to join our community-focused team, supporting clients in Melbourne's Northern suburbs. As part of our community-focused team, all staff must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and be ready and willing to travel throughout the region to support clients in their homes. This role requires regular travel and availability for both day and evening shifts, with particular emphasis on Mondays and Fridays. About the role Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred on their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include: Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home) Engaging in social activities as required. Domestic assistance / housework.
