Invoicing Clerk – Pastel Premier, Durban

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk with experience working on Pastel Premier or similar accounting software to join our team within a Temporary Employment Services (TES) environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing high-volume client invoices linked to payroll and timesheets, ensuring accuracy in billing rates, overtime, and allowances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process client invoices using Pastel Premier or similar software

• Verify billing information against timesheets, payroll reports, and rate cards

• Reconcile payroll reports to invoicing schedules

• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and client queries

• Issue credit notes and invoice adjustments when required

• Maintain accurate invoicing records and supporting documentation

• Assist with month-end invoicing processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• 2–3 years invoicing or accounts administration experience

• Experience using Pastel Premier or similar accounting software

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience in a Temporary Employment Services (TES), recruitment, or payroll-driven environment will be advantageous
