About the role Arts Gen works at the intersection of art and health to deliver programs to historically underrepresented communities. This role reports to Senior Manager, Health Promotion and Prevention and is responsible for delivering Arts Gen health promotion program and ensuring ongoing strategic alignment with the Health Promotion Strategy 2025-29, Arts Gen Theory of Change and annual action plans. This position will strengthen health activities related to mental wellbeing and prevention of all forms of violence for our local communities. Your duties include: Develop, coordinate and implementation of Arts Gen projects in line with health promotion frameworks and guidelines Lead team culture and organisational meetings Generate annual health promotion report and lead Arts Gen reporting using required templates and other grant reports as per funding requirements Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders (including funders, partner organisation and other agencies across community and arts sector) to enhance program awareness and impact. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in community-centred arts or other relevant sector/profession, including management of others Applications close 08 April 2026 at 10pm. Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
