About the role: As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service, including handling consumer communication enquiries and providing each customer with a highly personalised experience throughout. In the role, you will be, Deliver exceptional customer service to customers. Ensure all customer queries are resolved within a timely manner. Data entry for accurate maintenance of our database. Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and our client. About you: Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong computer and systems literacy, Salesforce/CRM experience desirable.
