A well-established and fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Directors and ensure the smooth running of executive and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential executive and personal assistance to the management team
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups
  • Act as a key liaison between executives, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Supervise and coordinate support staff and administrative functions
  • Manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion
  • Assist with the coordination of corporate events and functions
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
