Our client is looking for a

Logistics Consultant

with client interaction and a strong analytical background to join their Gauteng Team. Duties&Responsibilities

The position involves overseeing franchise and driver performance, ensuring operational compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include understanding operational levers, training and enforcing SOPs, contributing to SOP improvement, maintaining service levels, monitoring branch adherence to agreements and KPIs, managing weekly KPIs, conducting audits, and traveling as needed. Additionally, addressing key branch tracking metrics related to driver growth, performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction, and compiling weekly reports for feedback and action are essential tasks.Desired Experience&Qualification

Completed Diploma or Degree in Logistics 5 years experience in a client-facing role in an operational environment or similar Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel&PowerPoint) Training experience in an operational setting will be advantageous IT or tech savvy will be advantageous (Strong Excel skills) Valid driver’s license Working Hours

Tuesday– Thursday 9:00 – 18:00 Friday – Saturday 11:00 – 20:00 Sunday/Monday – OFF Package&Remuneration

up to R 345K CTC + car / petrol / cellphone / laptop
