Business Segment: Business&Commercial Banking

To formulate and implement an effective new business acquisition plans to onboard new to bank Commercial Banking clients with a target turnover of between R300m to R2billion per annum. To leverage and optimise people, resources, channels, businessand risk controls in line with commercial market potential, to maximise business growth, retention and profitability targets.

Business Commerce/ Accounting/Mathematical Sciences

CA(SA) preferred

Experience Required Previous managerial experience of 8 years as a Business Manager, Account Manager, Relationship Manager or any other related role dealing with high value commercial customers. Imperative to have a minimum of 3 years Capital Structuring experience in Commercial Banking determining Debt Capacity, calculating appropriate financial covenants, understanding and articulating these covenants and measurements to customers, preparing and motivating credit applications, business and industry risks.
