As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting workforce delivery within this newly unified organisation. Working across the Nursing, Midwifery, and Mental Health portfolios, you will contribute to the attraction, onboarding, and coordination of end?to?end recruitment activities that support contemporary service delivery and workforce sustainability. As a member of the Nursing Recruitment Team within the Workforce Bureau, this role contributes to the ongoing development, implementation, and monitoring of recruitment strategies that enable timely, equitable, and high?quality hiring outcomes in a complex, fast?paced healthcare environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, clarify role expectations, and deliver recruitment solutions that align with broader workforce planning and organisational priorities. Operating within a centralised, end?to?end recruitment model, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, pre?employment checks, and onboarding.
