Introduction Looking for energetic and dynamic candidates to join the Engineering department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

To support in ensuring that production processes are in line with the Global Unit Measure (GUM) standard to measure company productivity and efficiencies thereby ensuring competitiveness of the organisation.

To conduct time and activity studies on all plant and equipment to increase efficiencies.

To assist with facilities design to maximise processes.

To support in mapping out current operational process and recommend best optimum process design.

To create I.E related Documentations.

To communicate and implement or improve systems to ensure efficiency,

To ensure Line Balancing to maximise effectiveness of processes.

Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (Essential)

National Diploma in Industrial engineering (Essential)

B. Tech in industrial Engineering (Desirable)

1 year experience in conducting Time Studies on various operations/Industries (Essential)

At least 1 year experience in Facilities layout/design (Essential)

3 years related experience in Automotive manufacturing Environment (Essential)

2 Years working experience in the use of Quality Core tools (i.e. FMEA, control plans; APQP) (Desirable)
