Requirements

Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management

Registered with PMI (Project Management Institute) and PPM (Professional Project Manager)

SACPMP Registered

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities
