As a Chartered Accountant you’ll be entrusted with managing and overseeing all finance operations, ensuring fiscal accuracy and compliance within a high-performing FMCG/Manufacturing environment. Your role will be crucial in driving financial efficiency and strategic decision-making across the business.

What you’ll do

Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with IFRS

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Monitor financial performance and report to management

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors

Assist with cost accounting and inventory valuation

Oversee treasury functions and manage business risks

Authorize expenditures and manage departmental budgets

Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making

Lead internal and external audits and implement recommendations

What you’ll need

5-8 years post-qualification experience, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing

Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and compliance

ERP system experience (SAP preferred)

Excellent analytical and leadership skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
