We are seeking a compassionate, newly qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on helping clients overcome emotional and psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Provide psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling to individuals and groups

Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Offer support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Stay current with psychological research and best practices

Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in the practice of psychology

Qualifications&Requirements

Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and valid PCNS

Degree in Clinical Psychology

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)

Proficient in psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and professionalism

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in working with diverse populations

Knowledge of local mental health services and resources in Durban
