Production Specialist - Packaging Industry - R300K - R220K, Durban

Hire Resolve’s client in the Package Manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Production Specialist to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all downstream processes are functioning correctly.

Ensure that equipment is maintained to a high standard to delivery required output.

Drive continuous improvement to improve overall efficiency of the department

Ensuring top quality products are produced

Practicing a high standard of housekeeping and safety

Any other duties reasonably requested by supervisor or other

Prepared to work overtime when required

Requirements

N3 (mechanical or electrical) as a minimum but N4 or higher is essential

Mechanical/Technical aptitude

At least 3 years work experience in production and/or manufacturing(FMCG or similar)

Experience in setup of labellers and cameras is essential

Exposure to Injection or blow moulding is advantageous

Setting and/or Mechanical experience in production is essential

Benefits

Salary: R220K/yr - R300K/yr, salary negotiable
