CSI Manager, Durban

Direct and manage the companys Socio-Economic Development and Corporate Social Investment interventions across the country.

Provide strategic leadership and necessary support to the team.

Budget management and control.

Develop, coordinate and implement business planning processes.

Performance management, monitoring and evaluation of team.

Create sustainable projects and provide business support to ensure long term benefit.

Ensure that all planned SED&CSI projects are executed timeously.

Ensure that identified interventions are actioned and report back on progress.

Ensure all contributions are transparent and traceable.

Beneficiary engagement.

Management of team to ensure that operational needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsible for statutory reporting.

Maintain relationships with stakeholders in internal departments and with key external stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience:

Matric

Degree in related field

Valid drivers license

Diploma or Certification in Project Management

Proficient in MS Office, Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint

Good understanding and experience with B-BBEE Codes, Legislation and practice's

Proven experience in CSI InitiativesProven experience in dealing with beneficiaries and benefactors

2 - 3 years experience in people management and team leadership
