Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customers orders Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution teamEnsuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customers requirements Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) Preparing Price Increase Letters Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct Qualifications and experience:Matric certificate with Mathematics.
