We are looking for a friendly and reliable person who can perform reception and administrative duties. This is a full - time position. About the Role: You will create a welcoming first impression for our patients, providing them with seamless reception and administration support. As the linchpin of our clinic’s daily operations, your role involves: Being friendly and professional. Efficient handling of scheduling and appointments via Halaxy and Outlook software (training provided). Effective communication with our patients, including those with specific mental health conditions. Handling all emails and scans and liaising with the practitioners for other administration duties as required. Receive and convey messages accurately in writing, verbally, and electronically. Liaise with clinic staff Data entry, Admin and mail duties Ability to manage multiple practitioner's schedules with high accuracy Confidence managing high email volumes without insights This is a remote, work from home position (ability to attend clinic once a month is required). A genuine empathy for mental health challenges. A desire to further the team’s shared goal of clinical excellence. Essentials: Familiar and confident with IT and computer programs High attention to detail is a must! Ability to keep confidentiality This is a remote position (working from home) but the ability to attend on site meetings once a month (sometimes more often) is essential.
