We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Area Manager

to oversee multiple stores within our growing fashion retail portfolio. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about retail, people development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance and profitability across a portfolio of stores Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and visual merchandising Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance Oversee stock management, shrinkage control, and operational excellenceBuild a high-performance, customer-focused culture Support new store openings and business expansion initiatives Requirements:

Proven experience as an Area Manager / Regional Manager in fashion retail Strong leadership and people management skills Commercially astute with a track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to travel regularly between stores Passion for fashion and retail trendsWhat We Offer:
