Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong understanding of SETA processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer training and development programmes
  • Liaise with SETA bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Assist with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) submissions
  • Maintain accurate training records and employee development data
  • Support learnerships, internships, and skills development initiatives
  • Track training budgets and compile reports for management
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and training providers
  • Ensure all training interventions align with company and legislative requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in a Learning and Development or Training Administration role
  • Solid experience working with SETA processes and submissions
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and reporting tools)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
