Are you someone who loves talking to people, solving problems, and keeping things organised? We're looking for an energetic, well-spoken individual to join our busy branch team in Durban — no sales degree required. If you communicate confidently in English and pick things up quickly, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Answering customer calls and emails, helping them get what they need quickly
• Preparing quotes and processing orders — we'll train you on our system
• Checking stock, placing supplier orders, and following up on deliveries
• Building relationships with existing customers and welcoming new ones
• Following up on outstanding payments and keeping records neat
• Upselling products and letting customers know about current specials
• General branch admin to keep the team running smoothly

What we're looking for

Fluent English (essential)

Matric / Grade 12

Computer literate

Organised & detail-oriented

Positive, can-do attitude

Able to multitask when it's busy

Professional & presentable

A bonus if you have

Any sales or retail experience

Pastel / ERP / stock system knowledge

Admin or office experience

Experience in a branch environment
