Debt Collections Agents – Remote / Work From Home

We are currently recruiting experienced Debt Collections Agents to join a high-performance remote team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' collections or outbound call centre experience
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Current collections or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working remotely and attending virtual training

What's Offered:

• Fully remote position
• 30 days paid online training – R7,500 stipend
• 3-month salary protection (up to R12,000 per month)
• CPP commission structure from Month 4 with earning potential up to R35,000+
• Uncapped commission potential in December
• Laptop, headset, and equipment supplied
• Ongoing coaching and support provided

Important:
Candidates must ensure they are comfortable with the salary structure before applying. After the initial 3-month salary protection period, the role moves to a CPP commission-only structure with no guaranteed basic salary thereafter.
