Role Overview

Seeking a confident and target-driven Telesales Consultant with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients, taking orders, upselling relevant products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers.

• Promote pharmaceutical products and services.

• Capture orders accurately and process them promptly.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Maintain an updated customer database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide product information and handle customer queries.

• Follow company procedures and comply with all industry regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate (non-negotiable).

• Minimum 1–2 years' telesales experience.

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience is essential.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems beneficial).
