You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering SAP IS-U solutions that directly impact customer outcomes and billing performance. This is: what you’ll do Functional design and configuration across SAP IS-U Device Management and Metering Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions Deliver end-to-end solution support across design, build, test, and deployment phases Drive improvements in billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience Support system integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms Manage SIT and UAT activities, providing hands-on functional support Produce clear functional documentation and configuration artefacts Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with technical teams and delivery partners to ensure quality outcomes This is: what you’ll need Proven experience as an SAP IS-U Functional Consultant Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management and Metering.
