The Role

This is a hunter-style sales role suited to someone who thrives on opening doors, generating new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting businesses that employ remote, distributed, or front-line workforces and positioning the platform as a solution to improve communication, training, engagement, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone energetic, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across various industries
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop strategic relationships with prospective clients
  • Understand client operational challenges and position suitable solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client experience

  • Proven sales track record in technology, SaaS, telecoms, software, or solution sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and proactive client engagement

Advantageous Experience

  • Experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, communication tools, training solutions, or workforce management technology
  • Exposure to industries with large front-line or remote workforces
  • Experience engaging with HR, Operations, L&D, or Executive-level stakeholders
