The Role
This is a hunter-style sales role suited to someone who thrives on opening doors, generating new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting businesses that employ remote, distributed, or front-line workforces and positioning the platform as a solution to improve communication, training, engagement, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone energetic, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity
- Identify and engage decision-makers across various industries
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop strategic relationships with prospective clients
- Understand client operational challenges and position suitable solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client experience
Ideal Profile
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development
- Proven sales track record in technology, SaaS, telecoms, software, or solution sales
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and proactive client engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercially driven and target-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Self-managed, disciplined, and motivated
Advantageous Experience
- Experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, communication tools, training solutions, or workforce management technology
- Exposure to industries with large front-line or remote workforces
- Experience engaging with HR, Operations, L&D, or Executive-level stakeholders
