Description

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:


Responsible for processing the full salary function.
• Work out accurate wages which includes bonuses, salary increases and paid overtime.
• Ensure accurate processing of timesheets.
• Collate payroll related information on a monthly basis to ensure salary inputs is correct, such as overtime, terminations, new starters and increases.
• Submission of accurate payroll sheets to head office to ensure accurate and timeous payment of wages.
• Ensure quick resolution of all payroll queries by employees and line management
• Process all leave applications and administer schedules.
• Liaise with finance department and ensure that all tax year-end requirements are met as per SARS requirements
• Facilitate the production of IRP5 documents and ensure all employees received their IRP5 documents for the applicable tax period.
• Facilitation of month-end reporting and audit processing.
• Provide assistance and support in the production of month end reports.
• Compile and submit accurate monthly and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Provide support and assistance in the annual audit process.
• Assist HR with day to day staff and management queries pertaining to salaries, overtime, etc.
