Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of food production processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in food manufacturing. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
