Hire Resolve’s client in the Sugar Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Manager-in-Training (Electrical Engineering) in South Africa.

Who should Apply?
Three Positions

• Electrical Engineering (Light current/Instrumentation) x 2
• Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) x 1

• On successful completion of the programme and subject to satisfactory performance, Trainees
may be appointed to a First Line Manager or Middle Manager position.

Responsibilities:

Participate in a well-structured program aimed at gaining practical experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. Engage in the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios within the sugar production environment. Work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop essential managerial skills. Collaborate with teams across various departments to contribute to operational excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

Completion of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or a Bachelor of Technology (BTech)  Matric senior certificate with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English. South African citizenship.

Salary:  Market Related
