As

Finance Lead , you will lead financial operations, oversee budgeting and reporting, and ensure compliance across all financial processes while working closely with shared services and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

BCom degree or similar in Accounting or Financial Management

5+ years’ experience in a finance role, ideally within an NPO or donor-funded environment

Strong knowledge of financial compliance, reporting, and South African regulatory requirements

Experience with Sage accounting and managing multiple funding streams
