Detail:Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores in line with your weekly route plan Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff Present product offerings, pricing, and new launches to customers Take orders and ensure accurate processing Monitor stock levels and ensure products are well merchandised Ensure products are correctly displayed, well-stocked, and not short dated Collaborate with merchandisers to maintain high in-store standards Plan and coordinate in-store activations with store management Address queries, returns, and product-related concerns professionally Track deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders Communicate product quality concerns to relevant internal teams Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within wholesale and retail (non-negotiable) Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset Fluent in written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape Valid driver’s licence with at least 3 years’ driving experience What We’re Looking For:
